Our largest offering in the Big Driver scene.
This 400cc driver has a thin face forged from specially heat treated
SP700 Titanium that gives the strength required for a head this size.
Modern club science has two theories that
dictates distance and forgiveness. The first is a flatter crown
provides rigidity and support to the clubface so that it can flex more.
The second is that
a deeper clubface which provides more vertical gear effect that
hitting the ball just above the centre of the face for a higher launch angle
with no increase in ball spin rate. The deeper face also makes achieving
this much easier without the added possibility of running out of vertical
clubface and ending up with skied shots off the top edge of the clubhead.
To meet these requirements, the face depth
of 60mm is one of the deepest in the market. Combined with a face to
trailing edge measurement of 90mm and the SP700 face, the DC Tour V is
undoubtedly, the most forgiving and longest driver any one......from a Long
Drive Pro to a Lady
